As mentioned last week, it was only  a matter of time before the University of Notre Dame offered TE/DE Vincent Jackson. Well the time has come. Jackson, a sophomore standout for the Tigers was offered by the Irish. He joins a host of others from the Bay Area that are currently holding offers from the golden domer’s including Berkeley Prep’s Nelson Agholor as well as teammate Travis Johnson just to name a few.
