Nothing fancy at Lakeland for the 6A Final Four match up between Miami Norland and Gainesville. The Vikings dominated Gainesville in just about every major stat and used a dominating inside game to punch their ticket the the Championship Game.

The most glaring stat which was obvious to the human eye was points in the paint. Norland outscored Gainesville 44 – 16 with the final score being 73-50.

Zachary Johnson, Norland F led all scorers with 19 points, 9 of 19 from the field and 1 of 2 from the foul line. He got the crowd going a few times with several explosive dunks from all sides of the rim. The bright spot in the first half for Gainesville was sophomore F Eric Turner who had 11 big points in the first half but cooled off in the second half.

Norland will face the winner of Winter Haven and Pine Forest.
