Pasco 2013 ATH, Janarion Grant has made a verbal commitment to Rutgers.  The most versatile player in Pasco county and one of the most dynamic players in Tampa Bay is an awesome pick up for the Scarlet Knights

Grant missed the majority of the 2013 season with a hand injury, but still accounted for 20 TDs;  13 rushing TDs in 7 games.  Grant had 2 games where he finished with over 120 yards rushing vs North Marion and Zypherhills.  Fans sat on the edge of their seat to see what move Grant would make. Opponents would not let him out of their sight.

He played a number of different positions including QB, RB, WR, CB, PR and KOR.  Accounted for 9 catches, 168 yards, 2 receiving TDs, 591 rushing yards and 13 rushing TDs. Grant was the #5 ranked player in the Tampa Bay area according to or most recent player ranking.
