A few historical number facts about the Pasco and Land O’ Lakes (LOL) series.

1) Pasco and Land O’ Lakes have played every year since 1976 and Pasco leads the series 20-16.

2) Pasco has scored 40 or more points on LOL three times. While the Gators have never scored 40 or more points on the Pirates.

3) Both teams have had a few high scoring contest. 30 or more points: Land O’ Lakes in 2 separate games. Pasco in 4 separate games.

4) Land O’ Lakes has been shutout twice in this series. The Gators have  never kept the Pirates off the scoreboard.

5) Pasco has had a margin of victory of 20 or more point, in 7 different games. LOL, just two different games.

6) Both teams have had a margin of victory 3 points or less in three different contest.

7) In the entire series, there has only been 1 game that has gone into over time; 2006 meeting and Land O’ Lakes took home the win.

8) Pasco has the longest win streak in the series. Winning 5 straight games between 2007 and 2011. But, Land O’ Lakes has 2 streaks of 4 straight wins over the Pirates; 1986-1989 and 1999-2002.

9) Most points scored in a single game: Pasco scored 48 in the 1994 game and LOL scored 34 in 1999.

10) Since 2000, Pasco is leading the series 7-5.

11) Pasco head football coach, Tom McHugh is 5-0 vs. Land O’ Lakes (Head coach of Pirates since 2007) and Land O’ Lakes head coach, Brian Watchtel is 0-1 vs. Pasco (Head coach of Gators since 2011).

Entire Series, Pasco leads 20-16. Land O’Lakes was established in 1975. They did not play that year. They have played every year since 1976.  See series since 2000 below
