East Lake 2014 WR, Artavis Scott will announce his college commitment today. As the media feeds will overload with his current status, rankings and accomplishments, I will always remember the first time I saw him as a freshman.  A 75 yard kick off return, sealed it for me. After the first play on this clip, I was sold. It is the same story I tell anyone that ask my opinion of Scott.
