Largo vs. CCC

Both teams looked very athletic, but Largo had much more depth.

Largo

Juwan Brown, 2013, QB/DB
A dynamic athlete, Brown throws the ball well on the run or in the pocket. He has good size and is tough to bring down when he tucks the ball. He projects better as a safety, college prospect, and will succeed at either position. Brown will be on the field a lot this season.

Derrick Doss, 2013, ATH
Doss is a gamer. He uses everything he has, every play. He’ll play predominantly RB and LB on the field for nearly every snap. Doss showcased a lot of power at the point of attack defensively. He is quick thru the hole offensively has good hip movement and feet.

CCC

Michael Stevenson, 2013, DB/RB
Stevenson headlines  the CCC squad and brings  a lot to the table. He could project anywhere and succeed as a RB, WR, CB, or S. He has quick feet, good hip movement, excellent speed and great ball skills.

Trey Larry, 2013, DB/WR
Larry is a nice prospect who will play in the defensive backfield alongside Stevenson to lockdown opponent’s passing attack.

Troy Olmo, 2013, TE/DE
Olmo is a nice receiving tight end. He has good hands and is a load to tackle. Defensively he is quick off the ball and uses his hands well to keep opponents off of him.

Other notable performers

Diquan Walker, DB/RB
Caanan Brown, 2014, LB/TE
Ethan Thompson, 2014, DB

Clearwater vs. Seminole

Clearwater overmatched Seminole both offensively and defensively. The Tornadoes were able to score at will while also shutting down Seminole’s offense.

Jordan Leston, 2015, QB
Leston is solid dual-threat quarterback. He throws the ball well on the run and has elusive quickness when he tucks the ball.

Justus Reed, 2014, DE/TE
Reed was constantly in the backfield. He is a thin, but has a few years to fill out his 6-foot 4-inch frame. His frame allows him to keep blockers away from his body, and then he uses his vision to track down the ball carrier.

Other notable performers

Eve Evans, 2014, OL
Tyler Tanten, 2013, OL/DE
Spencer Rice, 2014, C/LB
Adam Harris, 2014

Palm Harbor vs. Bayshore

Quentin Cummings, 2013, LB
Cummings is a rising prospect who has recently gained the attention of a number of colleges. He has good size and is beginning to fill out his 6-foot 1-inch frame.

Other notable performers

Conner Dorris, 2014, LB/DE
Shane Dixon, 2014, ATH

Tarpon Springs vs. St. Pete

A relatively even matchup showed little highlight performer

Kenyatta Merriex, 2013, SR
AN undersized receiver, Merriex has quickness and the ability to make multiple people miss on a single play.

St. Pete

Jeremy Kerr, 2013, TE
Recruiters seem confused with Kerr. No one knows if he will stay at TE, or grow into an OT. Currently at 6-6 260, Kerr says he has been recruited as both and is concerning himself with wear he will play. He just wants to play football.

Riley Barr, 2013, LB
