WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – Purdue’s Frankie Williams was named the Big Ten Freshman of the Week after his first collegiate action against Eastern Kentucky last weekend. The Tampa, Fla., native recorded six tackles, the most by a freshman in the conference on opening weekend, including four solo stops and a tackle for loss. He also added a PBU in the 48-6 Boilermaker victory.
