E7-WARNER TRAINING CAMP EVALUATIONS

Tyler Kaminski, Palm Harbor 2014 QB – Hard to say which QB had the best day. However, this guy would be in the debate. Threw the ball with authority. Ball placement was on point and showed good footwork, set up and mechanics.

Kyle Ploucher, Tampa Catholic 2014 QB – Text book performance. Everything Kaminski displayed, Ploucher was a mirror image. Threw one post route that almost made me cry it was so pretty.

Cody Polston, Lake Wales 2014 DT – Just a big old bull. If “Running of the Bulls” came to Polk County, Polston would be in the mix. Needs to work hands more, but is so strong and has a good get off for his size.

Jacob Rios, Tampa Catholic 2014 OLB – Did really well. Showed leadership and set the tempo for the LB group. Good in his pass drops and good coverage in 1 on 1s.

Demetri Royer, Palm Harbor 2015 ATH – Did well at Ignite in February and backed it up with an even better E7 performance. Played both sides of the ball. Good feet, loose hips and able to smoothly accelerate and decelerate. Really opened eyes.

Jay Smith, Fort Meade 2014 QB – Would liked to have seen him work out at another position. Raw at the QB position, but surprising throws a good ball. Good anticipations and can throw the receiver open.

Trey VanDeGrift, Durant 2014 QB – On a scale of 1-10, VanDeGrift’s day would be a 7. Improving footwork. Solid mechanics. Throws a good sideline ball and velocity on his intermediate passes. Good day for the Cougar.

Others who opened eyes.
Michael Sarafianos, Tampa Catholic 2014 S
Isaiah Osby, Tampa Catholic 2014 WR
Steven Phillips, Liberty 2014 RB
Jacorrie Riley, Largo 2014 OLB
