2015 Outlook:
In the all-Skittles district (Red, Blue and Yellow in the nicknames) these four teams provide the potential for some serious eye candy this season. We know about the studs on both Winter Haven and Lakeland, but can the young playmakers on Bartow show they’re a year-older and wiser? Two of these teams will take on the 7A State Finalists in Kissimmee-Osceola (Winter Haven and Bartow) while Kathleen and Lakeland will take on adventurous schedules of their own. Some of those opponents that all four of these will face out-of-district include Bishop Moore, Viera, Carol City, Fort Lauderdale, Tallahassee-Leon and South Fork out of the Stuart area. The Blue Devils will start their preseason with a visit from the 8A Finalists out of Miami in Christopher Columbus Catholic while Lakeland will host one of the heavy favorites out of 6A north in Lake Gibson on Thursday, August 20th.
