2015 Outlook
It’s a tough break that one of the state’s most-histories programs up in Sumter County will not a field a team this season, BUT it does make the travel slightly easier. The distance between teams may be the toughest obstacle the local teams Frostproof and Fort Meade may face along with contests against Pahokee. The Miners have the skill players to get it done and Frostproof showed-off their single-wing offense a la Apopka against George Jenkins giving them much hope headed into the season. Look for Fort Meade’s Tyler King to lead the district in rushing and for some absolute battles between all these teams within this district.
