Channing Ward of Aberdeen High School in Aberdeen, Miss. committed to Ole Miss Thursday at the Under Armour All-America Game. Ward, a 6′ 3″ 250 lbs defensive end, has an older brother who plays defensive tackle for the Rebels.
Ward was a dominant force in Thursday’s All-America Game at Tropicana Field as he finished with a team-high 7 tackles, 2 sacks, 3.5 tackles for loss and added a fumble recovery in his last high school football game.
