Alonso Head Football Coach, Brian Emanuel is honored by the Tampa Bay Bucs as last week’s Coach of the Week. The Buccaneers will honor 10 high school coaches from Central Florida during this year’s prep football season and Brian Emanuel is one of them. As one of the weekly winners, Emanuel will be entered into the running for Coach of the Year, who receives an additional $1,000 for his football program. Recipient will be selected from the 10 weekly winners at the end of the season. Emanuel is a first year head football coach at Alonso High who is 2-0 heading into this week’s game vs King. The Coach of the Week program aids in the development of youth football, which has a positive influence on young athletes and the communities in which they live.
