
Two of Hillsborough County’s most underrated players finally get a sigh of relief. Tampa Bay Tech’s, DB, Major Bloom has been waiting and waiting for college coaches to take notice and this afternoon, Florida International University finally did. The 6-0ft, 180lb, defensive back prospect picked up verbal offer number one TBT, Head Football Coach, Jayson Roberts confirmed. Bloom is a very versatile player who is able to play any position in the secondary.

In Plant City, 6-3ft, 210lbs, LB, Jalen Butler also received his first verbal offer. This coming from Youngstown State who has traditionally recruited the Bay Area very strong. Butler joins the list of Raiders which include Sam Green, Bennie Coney, Lamarlin Wiggins and Dazmond Patterson who all have scholarship offers and a group of seniors that may end up being Plant City’s best recruiting class ever.
