With Armwood and Plant finishing 3rd and 9th nationally this season in the MaxPreps Xcellent 25 Rankings, I thought I would look at some strong out-of-state (OOS) programs to possibly match-up with them in 2012. Below are some interesting possibilities if these OOS programs project to be reloaded next season:
