Championships are the standard for Armwood High Schools football. Anything less is almost a let down. However, the Hawks did make history in Hillsborough County after their 30-6 win over Sickles. Armwood is the first Hillsborough County football program to go undefeated in the regular season three years in a row.

The Hawks record in 2013 and 2014 was 14-1 with their only loss coming in the state championship game. At this point, Armwood is 38-2 in the last three seasons.

Armwood has been forced to forfeit some games in their existence. But on the field the Hawks have gone undefeated in the regular season in 2003, 2004, 2007, 2008, 2010 and 2011.
