Since Lee Meitzler stepped down as the Alonso High head football coach, Alonso Athletic Director, KR Lambordia, has been on the hunt. Alonso seems to be an attractive job, especially for out of town coaches. Lambordia stated “There are 12 applicants, bunch of out of town guys”. Alonso administration is not ready to release names at this time.
