After accruing points for top-10 finishes in the Academic Team Champions program throughout the year, the winners for all six class have been announced. Congratulations to Vero Beach (6A), East Lake (Tarpon Springs -5A), Lakewood Ranch (Bradenton -4A), Berkeley Prep (Tampa -3A), Lakeland Christian (2A), and Posnack (Davie -1A) for being overall winners in their classes.. Berkeley Prep, with 192 points, was the highest-scoring school in the FHSAA membership thanks to 12 first-place finishes and six second-place finishes. Special plaques will be mailed to these schools in the fall.
