A strong off-season will take these guys to the next level

Listed below are a few prospects who could become division 1 prospects.  They are highly interesting because they do a number of good things on film and in person. However, if they focus hard on one aspect of their game, their marketability could increase.

Jordan Reed, Plant

WEIGHT ROOM

Jordan Reed, Plant Slot 2015 5-9/160 – Explosive, slippery and super quick. Weight gain to increase durability.

Garrett Rentz, Durant TE/WR 2015 6-6/190 – Needs to increase lower body strength to become a better end-line blocker to add to his great ball skills and route running.

Deandre Brown, Wharton OT 2015 6-5/250 – Lower body strength will make Brown highly attractive. Great size and good hands.

 

FOOTWORK

Justin Andrews, Kathleen DT 2016 6-0/210 – Great straight-ahead speed. Increased change of direction will increase recruitability.

 

ADDITIONAL MOVES

Johnny Footman, Winter Haven DT/OT 2015 6-1/290 – Really good straight ahead bull rush. Slap/rip and swim move will take game to another level.

 

TECHNIQUE

Chris Angulo, East Bay CB 2015 6-1/175 – Pretty good hips. Better hand placement.

Rasim Avmet, Clearwater TE 2015 6-2/235 – Strong runner after the catch. Route running development is take his game to another level

Kensey Davis, Durant OL 2015 6-4/325 – Big body and aggressive. Better pad level and hand quickness could make Davis into a big time prospect.
