1 Was Head Coach for 32 years including 1969-1971 at Cypress Lake (Ft.Myers) where his won/loss record was 10-20.

2 Won 290 games at Manatee High School.

3 Made the playoffs 23 times (all at Manatee).

4 Won 19 District Titles.

5 Won 14 Regional titles.

6 Appeared in 7 State Championships.

7 Won 5 State Titles.

8 Had just 3 losing seasons in 32 years as a Head Coach (2 at Cypress Lake).

9 While at Cypress Lake he went 1-1 vs Manatee.

10 After Graduating from Manatee in 1963, he played DT for Florida State.

11 Was the Offensive Coordinator of 1-AA National Champion Eastern Kentucky in 1979.

12 Was named to the FHSAA All Century coaching staff in 2007.
