The Xecutives Shoutouts – TE’s/RB’s

LAKELAND – An eclectic mixture of skill sets accompanies these four guys. The two TE’s in this little shoutout are members of the same squad, while one of the two RB’s was getting quite a bit of run as a DB during the event on Sunday.

TE’s
Aaron Zofnas, Durant (6-3/215) -2016
The Cougars have options at this position to say the least. We got a chance to see Zofnas at e7 Summer and he just took over the competition when he wanted to with his frame and really nice instincts as a receiver. He’s obviously got the size and strength, so watching this young man develop into a pass catcher will fun.

Steven Witchoskey, Durant (6-2.5/221) -2017
Witchoskey just has that look and feel about him that makes you think of the position immediately once you see him catch the ball and move in space while running routes. Witchoskey had a fantastic gauntlet session showcasing his quick hand-eye skills along with some speed to compliment.

RB’s
Gaej Walker, East Bay (6-0/182) -2016
This young man is really starting to turn the corner and with that size and speed he can definitely do some work for Head Coach Frank LaRosa and his Indians’ squad in one of the toughest districts in the region this fall.

Tekendrick Roberson, Winter Haven (5-11/165) -2016
The Blue Devils have a pretty special talent on their hands…but we think they already knew that. What we didn’t know is the moonlighting he was doing at DB on Sunday looked to be as impressive with such phenomenal athleticism. Make no mistake, we think Roberson’s future is in the backfield, but this young man just solidified his baller status on Sunday.
