Jordan Mutcherson, 2014 LB has transferred from Zephyrhills to Jefferson. Tampa Bays #5 ranked ILB says it was a simple domestic situation which has forced him to move in with his mother, whom lives in Jefferson’s school district.

Mutcherson is enrolled and attending classes at his new school, but is not eligible to play in this week’s contest against Newsome due to FHSAA seven day rule. That states, in brief, a student can not participate in athletics at new school until enrolled for a minimum of seven business days.

Jefferson is 0-1 after a loss to Robinson last Saturday and looks to even their record with a win against Newsome on Friday.
