In the 1st Quarter Bloomingdale went three and out on the opening drive, but on Wharton’s first offensive series it ran the the ball with its workhorse Darius Paige. He had a nice 33 yard run, and on the very next play Paige scored on a 3 yard TD run as Wharton jumped to a quick 7-0 lead. Bloomingdale came right back with a nice drive and capped it off with a 1 yard TD run by Eugene Baker making the score  7-7.

Wharton put together another nice drive which started with an 69 yard pass by Chase Litton to Nyere Thompson, but was stalled when they turned the ball over on downs which ended the quarter tied 7-7.

 In the second quarter the game slowed down for a while, but Bloomingdale’s defense steps up when DB Favian  Cartagena intercepts Litton pass, and the offense capitalizes with a 2 yard TD run by Eugene Baker giving the Bulls a 14-7 lead with 1:40 left in 2nd. Wharton was not flusterd as they came right back scored started by a 61 yard pass from Litton to Samson, a Paige finishes it off with a 5 yard TD run, but with the missed PAT, Bloomingdale keeps the lead 14-13 at halftime.

 In the 2nd half Wharton proved to be too much for Bloomingdale by scoring 36 points and controlling the game. In the 3rd Quarter Wharton scored on both of their offensive possessions with two TD passes from Litton. One to Nyere Thompson for 61 yards, and 23 yards to Jaylen Dinard. Giving the Wildcats an commanding 27-14 lead at the end of the 3rd Quarter.

Wharton continued to add points in the 4th started by a 45 yard run up the middle by Litton which set up a 14 yard TD run by Vernon Hargreaves making the score 35-14 with 9:28 left in the game. But Bloomingdale made one last push as they forced a safety on a snap that went over the head of the punter and through the endzone.

On the next possesion Bulls QB Cody Crouse connects with WR Adam Posateri for a 60 yard TD pass. With 3:27 left in the game the Bulls cut the lead 35-24. But Wharton on this night was clicking offensively as they came down and sealed the victory with a 2 yard TD run by Paige which made the score 42-24.

Following an INT by John Tyler Wharton scores one more time with a 1 yard TD run by Samson. Giving Wharton the victory 49-24 and one step closer to a potential playoff berth.

Key players for Bloomingdale were RB Eugene Baker who had 35 carries 146 yards and 2 TDs , also has 2 receptions  for 18 yards. QB Cody Crouse was 13/24, 263 passing yards, 1TD/1INT, also rushed for 54 yards. WR Adam Posateri had 4 receptions 146 receiving yards, 1TD , and Kevin Click had 4 receptions for 80 yards.

For Wharton RB Darius Paige had 27 carries, 234 yards and 3 rushing TDs, QB Chase Litton was 9/14, 275 passing yards,and 2TDs /1INT, also added 51 rushing yards. WR Nyere Thompson had 3 receptions for 134 yards and 1TD, WR Jaylen Dinard had 3 receptions for 44 yards and 1 TD, WR/RB Deon Samson had 2 receptions, 80 yards and 1 rushing TD. Playmaker Vernon Hargreaves had was all over the field defensively, and contributed on offense with 31 total yards, and 1 rushing TD.
