Lithia, FL – The 2011 Bright House Sports Network “9 Route” 7 on 7 Tournament presented by BCP is almost here.  A weekend packed with some of the areas best players, best teams and promised to be lots of action.  9 Route will start on Friday…yes Friday with the first games beginning at 9:00a sharp at the FishHawk Youth Sports Complex (address below).  Each team will play 3 pool games and 1 out of pool game on Friday.  Depending on how many games each team wins, how many points they score and how few points they allow; this will determine how each team will be seeded for Saturday’s double elimination tournament. The Championship game will be held on Sunday and will be televised live on Bright House Channel 47 (HD 1147) at 2:05p EST.  All 16 teams will be competing for the crystal “Newman Trophy” which is currently housed at Spoto High.  The Spartans are the defending 9 Route Champs and will attempt to keep the crown.  Below is the schedule for Friday’s game and the pool/conference set up.
