Here's partially why:

Ely---1st---missed our first 4 games of the season---took him a bit to get back to speed. He's played very well the past couple games. We'll take it. This is when it counts. I wouldn't trade the young man for any body out there. 2nd---we're more balanced this year as the stats will show. And I f***** love it. This is the funnest offense I think we've had and Coach W has the offense moving the ball well. Ely is doing exactly what we need him to do---I'll let you figure out the rest. Watch film.

Remember Ely is a junior too.

Dungy---Having a very solid year playing on both sides of the ball. Besides TJ Glover, he's probably one of the most improved football players on the team. Remember---our offense is very diverse---there are no guys on our team this year with 1500 yd receivers (circa 2007--Derek Winter) and 2000 yard rushers---And for you up and comers---that's NOT important to having a winning football team. The wealth is being spread fella---and it sure is fun to have 5,6 bullets in the chamber to shoot. On defense----Eric has grown tremendously as a DB---he doesn't have alot of tackles because there's five guys successfully (Mirabella, Varon, Wilder, McCarthy, Suarez) flying to the ball in front of him. He'll be called to the task this week that's for sure.

Just wanted to add that the Plant team is still undefeated with Ely at QB, including last years upset of Armwood in the playoffs.
