The name of the game is to score points. Score a bunch of them to give your team a chance to ultimately win the game right? Right! Team game, but everyone has a role and on the field the players with the ball in their hands, their job is to score points. Listed below are returning players at the top of the list in regards to scoring points.

At the top of the list is Lake Gibson ATH Travell Jones with 156 points. 26 touchdowns on the ground and 1 though the air. By the numbers, Jones scored once every nine times he touched the football. Not a bad statistic. Best games last year came against Lake Region and George Jenkins where is scored 4 times in both games.

Second in line is Fred Billy, Saint Stephens Episcopal QB with 132 points. In addition to his 9 passing touchdowns, Billy also ran for 22 more. Of the eleven games played last year, Billy scored more than one rushing TD in eight of those eleven games. Oh, and he scored in every game.

128 points belongs to Manatee athlete Tarique Milton. The speedy receiver scored 4 rushing TDs and 17 receiving TDs. 5 multi-TD games. 4 scores vs Hewitt-Trussville in a loss and 5 against Newsome in a win.

Chase Brown another one from Saint Stephens who did damage and was responsible for 126 points just a season ago. Brown rushed for 1416 yards and scored 19 rushing TDs. Tac on two more scores, one receiving and one punt return. During a 40-20 win against Seven Rivers Christian, Brown piled up the stats on his way to 4 rushing TDs and 1 receiving TD.

Last, but not least is Michael Hamilton from Mitchell High School. Hamilton touched the promise land a total of 21 times last season. 4 touchdowns versus traditional county power, Pasco High and 4 scores versus the most consistent Pasco County team, Sunlake. The 1200 yard rusher also gained 200 or more all-purpose yards in three separate contest.
