Big time prospects start somewhere. For Saivion Smith, it started at Boca Ciega as a sophomore. Prior to any offers or national rankings, Smith was talented young prospect not many outside the tight knit South Pinellas County community knew of. A lot has changed since the follow video was sent to a number our college coaches. Smith has blossomed and risen to the top of the charts for Major D1 programs.
