TEAM CHEMISTRY: We are very young and still finding out our identity. We start two 9th graders & a 7th grader.

PLAYER THAT HAS SURPRISED SO FAR: Sam Billante. He is undersized but does a great job boxing out and rebounding.

MOST IMPROVED PLAYER FROM LAST SEASON: Kaleel Gaines has become a great role player and mentor on this young team.

TEAM’S TOUGHEST TEST SO FAR: Lakeland High School is by far the best team that we played.

TEAM’S STRENGTH: Heart and Determination. What we lack in experience, we more than make up with our Heart and Determination to go hard and compete.

STAT LEADERS: Hamilton Johnson – 9th grade – 16.6 ppg, 4.0 apg;
Gervon Dexter – 7th grade – 7.3 ppg, 6.8 rpg
