Too often, players on teams saturated with talent get overlooked because they are not the prettiest prospect, the fastest or strongest. Just the same, those prospects are highly productive and need an opportunity to showcase their skills.

This is the case for Lakewood 2013 offensive lineman, Anthony Haugabook. Every coach in America visited Lakewood High School over the past two years because of Dante Fowler and now because of Rodney Adams, The Griffins and Isaiah Wynn. In between those prospects and more is an offensive lineman who has a chance to play college football at a high level.

This is what we do here. Every kid will not be a 5 star prospect or highly recruited, but several of them have the opportunity to play college ball if college coaches are aware a prospects exist. Haugabook is jammed between two big time offensive linemen, Isaiah Wynn and Logan McNeil who demand much of the attention. However, he does a number things well: Locks on to defender, aggressive at the point of attack and moves his feet pretty good.

Haugabook is slightly undersized to play big time BCS football. But, his 6-0 frame could make for a good center prospect. See him work at the video below.
