Carver City – In what may be one of the biggest non-surprises this offseason, the Defending 3A State Champion Jefferson Dragons have named Offensive Coordinator Jeremy Earle to succeed Mike Fenton as the next Head Coach.
The former Hillsborough High School QB that won a State Title with the Terriers in 1996 was long-rumored to take control of the reigns, since Fenton decided top step down, but today the rumor is no more.
In a statement earlier to BCP, Earle had this to say:
“I’m ecstatic for the opportunity to continue to lead these young men being successful in life as well as in football. It’s an honor to be named the Head Coach of a program so rich in tradition and a community that is so supportive of our vision for our student-athletes.”
