Jamboree Results at Steinbrenner

Gaither 6, Sickles 0

Gaither quarterback Shaye Scott hit Ethan Thomas for a 20-yard touchdown. Cowboys running back Jeromy Reid had a number of strong runs. Defensively, Gaither threw a shutout with contributions from Justin Roberts (interception and tackle-for-loss), Connor Jewel (sack), Matt Wood (2 tackle-for-losses), and Brysen Roth (2 tackle-for-losses).

While Sickles offense struggled to move the ball, the Gryphons defense had a number of contributors to limit the Cowboys to one score, Timarcus Simpson (2 end zone interceptions and a pass breakup), Brandon Davis (sack and tackle-for-loss), Andrew Wilkerson (2 tackle-for-losses), Jared Miller (tackle-for-loss), RJ Solomon (tackle-for-loss), and Aditson Owens (pass breakup in end zone).

Alonso 7, Steinbrenner 2

Alonso used a late 25-yard double pass from quarterback Gavin DenBoer to David Marino-Silver then to Kyle Kurina for a touchdown to defeat the Warriors. Ravens defensively kept Steinbrenner from scoring on offense, Parker Snead (interception and tackle-for-loss), Dae’on Lind (interception), William Persuad (sack), Sebestian Hernandez (sack), and Jael Feliz (2 tackle-for-losses).

Steinbrenner Running back Dionte Waldron had several strong runs and Brandon Garcia had a 50 yard catch and run from quarterback Tony Bartalo. Defensively, the Warriors got production from Danny Craig (sack and safety), Sean Pierce (interception), Andrew Snyder (2 tackle-for-losses), Logan Kilburn (fumble recovery), Cade Murray (tackle-for-loss), Cameron Woodard (tackle-for-loss), and Jose Bautista (tackle-for-loss).
