Linebacker Analysis

Andrew Beck, Plant 2014 LB BCS body, Best physically looking LB at the combine, natural leader, great speed for size, very fluid in pass drop/reaction drills covered a lot of ground with very little wasted movement or steps, excellent feet in agility drills, used hands extremely well when removed vs. #2 (RB) in the slot and looked comfortable in space, played with great leverage.

Josh Black, Sickles 2014 LB Most outstanding OLB, excellent pass rusher, good pass coverage in space, uses hands well in both pass rush and coverage (jamming / re-routing the receiver), moved gracefully and displayed great agility for a big HS OLB.

Tre Watson, Tampa Catholic 2014 LB Tall, rangy LB, very coachable, excelled in pass rush vs. RBs, good hips in pass coverage, showed great leverage for tall LB, great in agility drills.

Joshua Francois, Victory Christian 2014 LB Undersized for LB, looks more like a DB, small in stature but big in performance at combine, great coverage skills, does an excellent job of setting up his pass rush moves.

Brandon Headley, Strawberry Crest 2014 LB Good frame for OLB, displayed good feet and hips in pass coverage / reaction drills, showed good coverage skills in 1 on 1 vs. RB,
