Dean Eychner has stepped down as the Brandon High School Varsity head football coach. Eychner took over in 2012 after the departure of John Lima and led the program to a 7 win season in 2014, 9 wins and district runner up spot in 2015.
Brandon is the latest Hillsborough County high school with a head football vacancy. Alonso, Blake, Leto, Riverview and Spoto are all looking to fill the position. Checkout this stat posted a few weeks back. – Click Here

Gaither has filled their head football coaching vacancy earlier this week with former Sickles and Alonso defensive coordinator Kirk Karsen. The new head coach posted the following on twitter after the hire..
