2015 Outlook:
Transfers and graduation have forced all four teams in this district to close the blinds, roll up their sleeves and get to some serious grinding to find the right pieces to the puzzle. In fact, there’s so much flux STILL with some key elements to these teams that we can’t even recommend who to look for individually just yet. What we can direct your attention to is the fact that the four-team district allows for some pretty unique scheduling; especially fore Pinellas teams that don’t get the chance to see many teams outside of their district in the higher classifications. Lakewood, in addition to their tough test with Naples will take on Bolles and Ocala-Vanguard. Dunedin will get to face Mitchell and Springstead while Gibbs will face Braden River and Tampa Catholic during the regular season. Tarpon, while not facing any out-of-county teams, will arguably face some of the toughest competition when the face Clearwater, East Lake and Pinellas Park out of district.
