BUCCANEERS SIGN CB DAVID RIVERS TO PRACTICE SQUAD,
RELEASE CB JONATHAN MOXEY FROM PRACTICE SQUAD

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced today that the team has signed cornerback David Rivers to the practice squad and released cornerback Jonathan Moxey from the practice squad.

Rivers (6-0, 185) entered the NFL as a college free agent with the Packers this past offseason. He was waived by Green Bay on June 13 and signed by the New York Jets on July 30, before being waived on September 1. Rivers is a native of Miami and played collegiately at Youngstown State.
