HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY RECRUITING

2016 promising prospect in Ruskin

JOSH ANDERSON, LENNARD 2016
6-1/235

Anderson is a first year player with instinct and physicality needed to play the linebacker position. The Lennard Longhorns are a team that has struggled in their young history winning just 3 games in the last 3 seasons. However, Josh and the team expect things to change this year.

There may be more talent in Ruskin than we think and in the middle of South Hillsborough County could be one of the highest rated 2016 prospects. Josh Anderson has no offers right now and not much interest. However, his spring game versus East Bay was very impressive and is in the hands of college coaches. It will not take long before the 6-1/235 pound backer starts getting interest.

His Dream School is the University of Florida and he would like to be recruited by Florida, South Carolina, Clemson, Miami, Central Florida. All possible for this youngster who fills gaps, takes on linemen, runs sideline to sideline, uses hands and gets over trash.

Favorite Pro Player Jadaveon Clowney. Not a bad pick. Let’s see what he does in the NFL. Interesting note, Anderson is part of the Hershel Walker (Dallas Cowboys, New York Giants, Minnesota Vikings, Philadelphia Eagles, Running Back) bloodline.
